The Accounting Analyst is primarily responsible for various accounting tasks, such as cash flow management, reports, and government compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares weekly Cash Flow budget report to schedule expected disbursement release.
Ensures completeness of documents - both hardcopies and softcopies to properly account for all company transactions.
Receives Billing Invoices/Vendor SOAs and attachments for collection/payments for posting in books.
Prepares BIR Form 2307 for vendor payments.
Prepares BIR-related reports, returns, lists, and attachments monthly, quarterly, or as needed.
Assists in handling BIR Tax Audits
Assists in the preparation of Statutory reports for various government agencies.
Job Specifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 1 year of experience in similar job functions.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Working knowledge in end-to-end APB and BIR compliance.
Keen to details.
Highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented.

Monday - Friday
9am - 6pm
