Job Description
The position is responsible for timely and proper recording of financial transactions to assigned General Ledger accounts and ensuring accuracy of information for financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular substantation, reconciliation, and analysis of assigned GL accounts; ensures balances of assets, liabilities, revenue, and expense accounts
Review financial transactions affecting assigned GL accounts and prepare journal entries in conformity to accounting standards and company policy
Review and process payable transactions
Perform reconciliation and analysis of vendors, employees, and related parties to ensure liabilities are paid on due dates
Ensure regulatory and tax filings are prepared and filed

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), an advantage
At least one (1) year work experience in general accounting (tax, accounts receivable)
Knowledge of automated financial systems
Knowledge of PFRS, SEC regulations, and Internal Revenue regulations
Attention to detail
Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
