Financial Statements and Taxes:
Monthly review of the financial statements of companies
Monthly and quarterly preparation of tax returns (Income tax, VAT, Withholding, Fringe benefits, etc)
Quarterly review of source documents to ensure that all invoices and official receipts are compliant with BIR requirements
Weekly review of official receipts provided by suppliers before releasing checks
Monitoring of annual renewal of business permits for depots
Assists in day-to-day GL postings of FLC
Audits:
Prepares replies to BIR and the required documents for audit
Compiles audit requirements for year-end financial audit
Generate reports:
Financial statements - balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow
Tax returns
Compliance report on tax due dates
Accountabilities:
To meet Finance goals and objectives applicable to the department
To file accurate tax returns on or before the due date
To minimize BIR audit findings
To provide recommendations regarding improvements in the department
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field(construction) is required for this position.
