JOB DESCRIPTION:
Preferably a graduate of Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years working experience in Accounting and Finance.
Good written and communication skills.
Keen to details.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Checking of cash and check disbursement vouchers for processing of payments.
Analysis of general ledger accounts before month-end closing.
Checking & recording, collection and issuance of Official Receipt.
Monitoring of Subcontractors contract of agreement, summary report and compilation.
Checking of software input Accounting entries.
BIR Reporting.
Reporting in SEC.
Annual Business Permit processing.
Filing of Vouchers.
