Job Description:
Responsible for doing the end-to-end allocation process, allocating shared cost to entities within the group.
Good understanding of intercompany accounting
Ensures correctness of GL account balances by periodically performing account analysis and reconciliation
Prepares various schedules and analyses
Perform month end closing process and reconciliation of balance sheet account
Prepares financial statements and consolidated financial statements in a timely and accurate manner
Reviews documents for proper substantiation and completeness of records
Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommend improvements
Supports annual external audit and year end reporting
Performs other related duties as required
Core Competencies:
Sound understanding of taxation, accounting standards and audit requirements
Experienced in financial reporting requirements and working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
Self-starter who works well in fast-paced and rapidly developing work environment
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): Filipino, English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): General Accounting, Taxation, InterCompany, Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Certified Public Accountant (preferred but not required)
Experience in a shared service environment is an advantage
