Job Descriptions
Supervise accounting office and staff and perform daily tasks.
Check, validate, and send weekly Accounting Reports and monthly internal Financial Statements.
Submit quarterly Financial report requirements of Department of Energy.
Prepare and finalize quarterly income tax return for BIR compliance.
Reconciliation and check of quarterly BIR compliance such as Withholding Tax Expanded & Compensation & Input VAT.
Prepare Financial Statements for external annual / independent audit and Income Tax Return for the Year
Rechecking and recon of Final Withholding Tax Compensation and Final Withholding Tax Expanded
Other special instructions and assignments
Job Qualifications
Preferably a licensed CPA, with background handling multiple companies
Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years experience as an Accountant or similar role
Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure, troubleshoot, and to meet short- and long-term deadlines
Keen to details and highly organized
Willing to work in Navotas
