Responsible for the safe keeping of Fixed Assets and its related lapsing and depreciation expenses.
Checking of general disbursement if within the approved budget.
Prepare the monthly Bank Reconciliation.
Preparation of schedules as per audit requirements and as per needed by Management.
Ensures that month end financial reports are properly prepared.
Process check vouchers, journal vouchers and other financial transactions
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions
Enter and post transactions in the accounting system
Generate and prepare regular reports for financial analysis and decision-making purposes
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with regulatory requirements
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits and provide supporting information
Ensures that all confidential information are secured and only disclosed in accordance with Company policies.
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
No work experience required.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
