Duties and Responsibilities:
Bank accounts, credit cards & loan accounts reconciliation
Full function Accounts Payable duties
Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
Creation of trial balance and profit and loss reports
Month end reporting
Preparation for Business Activity Statement
Accurate and timely processing/raising of invoices
Providing assistance to team members and Director, Finance Operations
Handling supplier/franchisee queries effectively
Preparing franchise statements
Preparing Loyalty and Smile Back program statements
Organising and filing invoices
Organizing and recording the asset list
Assisting payroll function
Any ad-hoc accounting tasks
Job Qualifications Skills:
CPA qualification
University accounting degrees
Ability to use software (MYOB, Xero, Core Practice, Microsoft 365, other systems)
Working for Australian companies, or listed companies is advantage
More than 3 years of experience as an accountant
Excel and Word - Intermediate skills
Accounts Payable Skills
Notes:
A home office must be quiet. No family members disturb during working time.
A PC (laptop), a monitor (2 monitors are ideal), and reasonably fast internet must be provided by the candidate.
