Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a team of account resolution specialist. Plans, directs, supervises and evaluates work flow. Coordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements while ensuring your team delivers exceptional service. Recommends operational improvements. Responsible for day-to-day application of policies and procedures. Monitors performance of team members according to established standards and conducts performance evaluations. Trains and coaches staff. May make hiring decisions. Typically a first line Supervisor.
Market Skills and Certifications
Bachelor's Degree graduate
3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Collections, financial services
A minimum of 2+ years of coaching and leading but this may be negotiated. ( 3-5 years of people management)
Role requires the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve high productivity and quality standards
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and result-driven team environment
High proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Flexible to work on any schedule
