This position is responsible for the efficient and accurate posting of payments and that all bill enquiries and disputes are attended and resolved in an accurate and timely manner. High level responsibilities include:
Process manual allocation/ re-allocation of EFT payments and other electronic payment activity between 3rd party processors, banks, and billing system
Process Credit Card and Direct debit chargebacks.
Investigates and resolves payment discrepancies, bill enquires and complicated billing disputes by collaborating with other departments (e.g., Billing, Pricing, Sales, Credit and Collections Team).
Performs bank account reconciliation
Process credit card and bank account refunds.
Process credit balance transfers between customer's accounts.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder of any Business-related course, specifically Accountancy, Business Administration and Financial Management
At least four (4) years' experience in Accounts Receivable related roles
Microsoft Office proficient
Understanding of basic accounting and audit standards
Intermediary to advanced knowledge in Excel.
