Job Requirements:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any related field.
With at least 1-year experience in customer service.
With high level of integrity and keen to details.
With excellent communication skills both oral and written to assist customers.
Willing to do field works.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for closing sales, after sales, and leasing transactions
Responsible for all client concerns.
Perform field works to attend to all property concerns.
Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction and good results.
Provide product and services information and resolve any emerging problems.
Provide also back-office support to clients.
Remain updated in client and internal processes, technology applications, utilities and products.
Provide customers with cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner.
Conduct data entry, documentations, and case study.
