Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the best Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in the Philippines that distributes a digital version of newspapers and magazines. Our respected client is looking for an Account Manager who will act as a point of contact for their clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find opportunities to generate more revenue for the company. The job is based in Makati City, Philippines.
Job Responsibilities:

Work with business development managers in generating leads, developing and growing sales pipeline; provide support in prospecting, educating, and closing
Research and develop new leads and prospects with direction from Sales Managers/BDMs
Support new, renewal, and outdated quotes with direction from Sales Managers/BDM
Generate sales among client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling
Provide first-line support for customer inquiries in a timely and consistent manner
Manage accounts and develop trusted advisor relationships, especially with key accounts
Coordinates with the BDM working on the same account to ensure consistent service
Schedule meetings, presentations, and demos with Business Development Managers
Manage for new and prospective clients in the company CRM ensuring all communication is logged and accurate
Assess and assist the various Sales Team requests related to technical problems and provide solutions
Provide regular reporting on client service utilization, as well as analysis of usage trends and service opportunities
Help then increase usage; detect and prevent potential cancellations
Help define, implement and manage client communication plans to support product usage and growth by overall account strategy
Proactively contact clients to check in, answer questions, identify training needs, and schedule training if needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to discuss overall and/or specific client needs and keep clients engaged in our products and services
Business and contact research/data entry tasks; Ensure that proper communication line is met with the team in Canada
Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to you.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or any other related field
At least 2 years of working experience in account management
High level of personal initiative
Good planning and organizational skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent
Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Good analytical and multi-task skills
Proficiency in CRM software
