Job Description:
a. To ensure that the team meets the sales target from their assigned areas/industries
b. To hire, train, coach, mentor, lead and oversee the account officers in their day to day tasks
c. To prospect, send proposals offer MRACC products, negotiate and close new business businesses
d. To prepare sales proposals and sales pitch presentations to clients, and review the customized
presentations of the account officers
e. To submit daily, weekly call reports and sales reports or as prescribed by management
f. To conduct roadshows and briefings to corporate and individual clients
g. To generate enrollments to the facility and loan applications from employees
h. To conduct market surveys and scanning as well as provide feedback and suggestion to
management to ensure MRACC product's competitiveness in the market.
i. To conduct regular client visits, conduct product updates and sales presentations
j. To participate, promote and offer MRACC products to enrolled and potential clients during sales
events and trade shows
k. To secure documents to facilitate the accreditation of corporate accounts and availment of loan.
l. To act as first level point person in handling customer concerns or issues
m. To provide assistance in the collection efforts of the company, through follow-up and request of
information on defaulting partner companies.
Job Requirements:
A degree holder in Marketing, Business Management, Finance or any related field
Preferably with 5 years of work experience in B2B sales
Preferably have 2 years of experience handling people
Willing to do retail selling
Willing to travel and work on field
Preferably driving own car
Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
Presentable, articulate, with strong persuasion skills
Willing to do sales presentations and participate in trade fairs
Willing to do sales presentations and participate in trade fairs
Willing to work on weekends from time to time
