Roles & Responsibilities:
Need 10 Hires
First-point of contact for all existing Active clients
Handle all incoming calls or emails
Offer relevant features or alternative product or service to client.
Manage recors and database.
Collaborate with other departments
Resolve issues and complaints
Able to work onsite - BGC Taguig Office
Able to work In US Timezone (Night shift)
At least 2+ years of contact centre role experience in the US Market.
Excellent English communication skills
Outstanding negotiation skills
Superb customer service skills and rapport building, sales experience is a nice to have
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
What We Offer:
Base Salary of max 45,000 Php plus Commissions and Allowances
