The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall partner lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and identifying growth opportunities. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship management skills, and a solid understanding of the messaging industry.Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of Business Messaging partners and direct enterprises/ brands
Oversee the entire client lifecycle, including onboarding, day-to-day account management, performance monitoring, and growth strategy execution.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
Collaborate with internal teams-including Sales, Marketing, and Product - to support partner enablement and integration.
Coordinate partner training sessions, marketing initiatives, and operational support as needed.
Analyze partner performance using internal reporting tools and provide regular business reviews (monthly/quarterly).
Detect and resolve reporting discrepancies; ensure data accuracy in partner performance tracking.
Clearly communicate Viber's product offerings, features, and value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Viber solutions to existing partners.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Chinese (verbal and written) is required; fluency in Chinese is a must.
Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B account management, ideally within the messaging, telecommunications, or digital services sector.
Strong understanding of the messaging ecosystem (e.g., messaging apps, SMS, CPaaS).
Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and delivering business growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Independent, highly motivated, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when working with data and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
