The Account Management Executive will act as client advocate and work with the team to ensure that partner needs are understood and satisfied. They may assist with making sales, handling client complaints, collecting, promo, analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience.
Job Description
Account Management
Build strategic relationships with SMB partners based on trust and respect.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate partner's fulfillment.
Collate and analyze partners' business performance to develop strategies that would help grow their business.
Grow partners' business and revenue through offering marketing promos and expansion.
Identify and understand partners' business needs to be able to customize Grab product offerings.
Expand partner merchants' business with Grab by offering other Grab products and services (Grabfood, Grabmart, Grab Express, GrabPay, GrabAds, GFSA and others) to further create partnership value.
Assist in collection efforts as part of business compliance.
Keep accurate and updated records of account related information.
Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
Identify industry trends and conduct competitive intelligence initiatives.
Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the partner experience.
Client Management
Participates in various meeting, brainstorming and ideation with clients and project leads
Creates and submits reports to clients as necessary and as required
