Establish sales pipelines (process, tools, techniques, etc.)
Work closely with top management to align sales initiatives with company goals
Take charge in generating sales lead and closing deals
Increase network from the uncharted territories to widen business opportunities and sales
Leverage current customer relationship management for future business opportunities
Assess and present current sales trends and market opportunities
Maintain good relationship with clients by ensuring that clients' needs are understood and addressed
Present detailed analysis of sales reports to top management
Initiate the development of key performance indicators to evaluate the overall impact of sales initiatives and strategies
A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
At least 1 year of Sales/Account Management experience in the IT Industry
Knowledgeable about the complex sales cycle (prospecting to close)
Knowledgeable about the IT/Software Development industry
Good track record of successful revenue attainment
Outstanding communication skills and presentation skills
Strong organizational and management skills
Ability to work independently
Effective marketing skills
Ability to work and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
