Primary Functions
Propose and participate in the development of Sales Plan and forecast in close coordination with the Sales Manager.
Implement promotional programs in line with the Sales Plan.
Organize selling activities consistent with the agreed sales/operations plan.
Perform after sales services to ensure customer satisfaction
Duties and Responsibilities
Propose and participate in the development of sales plan, sales forecast and sales funnel of specific territories in close coordination with the Sales Manager.
Prepare sales/business plan for discussion and approval by Sales Management.
Coordinate account opening and documentation activities of targeted new customers.
Identify key decision makers.
Identify needs of outlets within the territory.
Monitor competitor's activities and provide recommendations to counter these activities.
Provide orientation of trainees if needed
Attend to scheduled sales meeting
Maintain and develop existing hospital accounts
Gather relevant customer information such as occupancy rate, bed capacity, etc
Identify and open new accounts
Provide master list and plan the coverage frequency per client.
Implement promotional programs in line with the Sales Plan.
Conduct product demonstration.
Perform detailing activities aimed at communicating features and benefits of assigned products to target end-users.
Enhance relationships with the customers through rapport-building activities.
Participate to medical conventions and related activities to support marketing initiatives.
Utilization of Marketing tools such as promats, brochures and demo units aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales turnover.
Communicate promotional activities and concerns to other divisions in order to maximize the opportunity to present various products and services.
Organize selling activities consistent with the agreed sales/operations plan.
Negotiate price with customers
Prepare and submit price proposal to customers.
Monitor stocks availability.
Coordinate sales booking to Distribution office and ensure all sales orders are invoiced.
Initiate rebooking of back orders.
Oversee prompt delivery and assist in collection of payment, whenever necessary or as per approval by management.
Coordinate with the head office concerning bidding activities
Attend pre and actual bidding
Provide abstract of bidding.
Adhere to existing sales policies and standards.
Monitor bidding results and ensure government hospitals to the released NOA.
Work out specification of products in the annual procurement plan of government accounts..
Participate in the initial phase of contract negotiation.
Perform after sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Submit all required reports on time.
Handle customer complaints/objections and coordinate with the department concerned.
Conduct in-service activities to address immediate end-users inquiries.
Refer to technical Engineers equipment/s for maintenance and repair.
Coordinate with Credit & Collection's department to assist in the collections effort of the company
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree;
A commitment to excellent customer service;
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers;
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks;
Competency in Microsoft applications and Google GSuite applications;
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment;
Required language(s): English, Filipino;
