Job Descriptions
· Account Payable, ie. input supplier invoices, staff reports into management information system.
· Upload AP invoice into system.
· Prepare monthly reports.
· Assist in audit.
· Statement reconciliation.
· Monthly journal entry.
· Tax/GST related works.
Requirements
· Diploma in Accounting
· At least two years of working experience in accounting roles.
· GST knowledge
· Familiar with MS Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook etc.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication.
