Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for calling older leads within our CRM and qualifying them for our services to then be handed off to our sales closing department for conversion.
Build customer interest in the services and products offered by the company
Skills/Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma, Bachelors/college degree in any field preferred but not required.
It is MANDATORY to speak decent FLUENT ENGLISH
****Excellent Communication skills in both written and verbal (English)****
Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
Should be self-driven and can work with minimal supervision
Must be able to work graveyard shift 11pm-8am Monday - Friday (hours may vary depending on daylight savings time in the states.
Basic computer skills
Ability to multi- task
Must be energetic with a positive can-do attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
Must have a quiet working environment.
Has own i7 desktop PC with at least 30 Mbps of wired internet connection (not Wi-Fi) & headset with noise cancellation.
Additional Information:
Salary: Up to PHP25,000 per month plus commission and daily bonuses
Full time position only
This is a GRAVEYARD SHIFT (10%-night diff. additional to basic salary)
HMO card given after 3rd month through MaxiCare
