Job Summary:Our respected client is seeking an experienced CTR - Finance Project Manager. The role supports the high quality of delivery of services by the Global Finance Service Centre (GFSC) by delivering agile projects and system continuous improvements identified by the towers and working closely with Finance Systems to deliver enhancements. The role also manages the delivery of change and projects across the GFSC.
The job is in Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and offers a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Job Responsibilities:Core responsibilities:
Work with tower teams to identify opportunities for Continuous improvements and system enhancements (including finance point solutions and Robotics) and develop project plans to deliver improvements
Build business cases for larger changes that require investment to demonstrate ROI
Support monthly GFSC performance review meetings, taking notes and converting to actionable tasks or projects which are then monitored to completion.
Attend all Tower Huddles and lead continuous improvement reviews, creating projects to deliver change across the GFSC or wider finance
Support change initiatives impacting the GFSC including IT-led system
Enhancements or additional ERP functionality.
Ad hoc responsibilities
Ensure appropriate continuous professional development, keeping abreast of all internal, legislative, and industry best practices;
Ensure appropriate interpretation and implementation of required changes promptly;
Support all internal and external audit activities through the provision of required documentation when necessary
Key Job Requirements:
Experienced in Agile or Prince 2
Lean Six Sigma Green belt desirable
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data validation and record keeping.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet established reconciliation deadlines.
Strong project management skills
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
