Job Description
Responsibilities
Plan and oversee project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Implement project activities while ensuring quality, budget compliance, and safety.
Conduct routine assessments of building maintenance needs and resolve issues as they arise.
Prepare minor design shop drawings to support project planning and implementation.
Manage site housekeeping, reporting on project status, and updating the head office on issues and resolutions.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve project-related concerns.
Build and maintain professional relationships with local authorities and key stakeholders.
Supervise and monitor the performance of subcontractors and administrative teams.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
Prepare and submit project operating plans and oversee project turnover and close-out activities.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to complete the project, addressing unexpected challenges efficiently.​
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering
Extensive experience in construction project management.
Proficient in structural works and land development.
Experienced in managing fit-out projects.
Licensure is an advantage but not mandatory.

Work Hours: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday)
