Collabera Technologies is currently looking for SERVICE DESK ANALYST. Willing to start ASAP!
Job Description:
- Act as the single point of contact for phone calls and emails from users regarding any IT-related issues and queries. He should be able to provide the first level of support to end-users and escalate to Tier 2 if it is outside support boundaries. Some issues being handled are account-related issues (e.g. password reset/unlock), computer-related issues, and application issues.
- Responsible for seamless functioning of technology and applications for the benefit of internal and external users
- Provide first level of support from in-house software to hardware, such as laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices (e.g. iPhones, iPad, and Windows 10 Pro).
- Ensure service calls from customers are addressed accurately and in a timely fashion, with emphasis on customer care.
- Resolves first level technical issues and log tickets into Service Desk ticket tracking system called Service Now.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any course or 2 years in college
- At least 6 months experience as Technical Support, Helpdesk, Service desk or CSR
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in Quezon City.
- Work from home during lockdown.
- CAN START ASAP!
