Business Controller/Financial Analyst in this role get to:
Be the expert:
Key transaction data into accounting system with an emphasis data entry
Check completeness and mathematical accuracy of routine accounting documents. Make basic adjustments with the appropriate concurrence of a supervisor
Post accounting information where the identification and location of postings are clearly indicated
Perform routine classification and/or coding to appropriate transaction accounts. Type and or file vouchers, invoices, or similar items.
Workforce management validation and corrections
Keep management informed: Refer discrepancies to higher level personnel for assistance; Detailed focus on decision making and partnering with Service delivery on action items as identified on business reviews
Qualifications:
Our most successful candidates will have:
BA/BS Degree in Finance/Economics/Business related field preferred
At least 3 years of working experience in Financial Analysis, Business Finance and/or Financial Accounting; knowledge of the business process outsourcing industry is a plus
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
Ability to work with members of senior management
Able to work at a flexible schedule
Can take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications
Well versed with Financial process LF metrics WFM and CAPLAN proces
Able to speak through advisory and analysis process
