We are seeking for an Inside Channel Specialist with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in working with Channel Partners. this function will involve managing and supporting our Partners, as well as, working with our Direct Account Executives to deliver the Zoom Platform to our customers. An ideal candidate will be able to cultivate relationships with Partners via Zoom training, marketing campaigns, and phone calls to increase their knowledge of Zoom, which will result in an increase in lead registrations and the partner's ascension through the various partner tiers at Zoom.
tasks and responsibilities » Provide day-to-day support for Partners to help them sell, implement and support Zoom's services.
» Answer questions via Zoom meetings, email, webinar and phone.
» Coordinate training, marketing, and overall enablement of partners to help them register more leads and graduate to the next tier.
» Enable & train regional Distribution Managers to sell Zoom to their partner community
» Quarterly goal setting & review with regional distribution managers
» Work with Zoom's direct AEs to understand the various Channel Programs.
» Work with internal cross-functional teams to assist with partner implementation, support and commission escalations.
» Understand partner's business and how Zoom services can enhance their value proposition.
» Work cross functionally with other team members to deliver on company goals.
» Drive requirements and help develop sales tools and materials for Partners.
» Serve as internal channel advocate to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
» Exceed revenue objectives.
Minimum competencies » Must be able to create and deliver strong presentations
» Clear and effective communication expertise, both verbal and written
» Strong initiative and creativity applied through technology
» capability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
» Vibrant and energetic attitude, availability to execute and get things done
Minimum qualifications » 3-5 years working in Channel Sales
» Arabic language proficiency (Mandatory)
» capability to build and cultivate relationships with Partners
» Proficient in navigating Salesforce
» College Education Preferred
