Functional overview The Partner Success Team Lead will be highly focused on developing, documenting and executing processes related to enrolling and onboarding Partners. You will be responsible for creating documents to support Distribution and Reseller Programs - both internal and external facing. As a complementary part of this function you will also act as a partner advocate across all internal business units. The Partner Success Team Lead will be expected to act as the main point of contact for partners and Channel Account Managers to help drive timely and accurate responses to partner concerns and/or inquiries. In addition, you will aide in creating and implementing programs and processes that will ultimately make Information technology easy for partners to do business with Zoom.

tasks and Responsibilities » Supervise a team of specialists and ensure service level agreement is met
» Assist with enrolling, onboarding and enablement of Zoom Partners including, but not limited to, account creation, contract management, documentation, and education.
» Identify opportunities to streamline processes and work to implement across functional groups.
» Support Program launch activities, such as training and written communication
» Assist with the development, management and dissemination of partner reporting and rankings for both internal and external stakeholders
» Act as a partner concierge and help facilitate the review and resolution of all partner inquiries as they arise
» Help drive data governance across systems to ensure accuracy
» Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an continuing basis
» Help manage potential channel conflict among partners by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement and deal registration process
» Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements and program processes
Requirements:
Minimum Competencies » Outgoing individual with a demonstrated capability to lgain quickly and manage a range of diversified programs while maintaining consistency and optimal performance.
» Highly collaborative, and partner-oriented professionally.
» Strong bias to action and excellent time management and prioritization expertise
» Exceptional verbal and written communication expertise
» Results-driven, critical thinker, with a proven track record working in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Qualifications » 2 - 3 years of industry practice working directly with channel partners and channel programs within the cloud
» At least 2-3 years of managery practice managing a team of Partner Success Specialists
» capability to develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and effectively execute those plans
» Deep knowledge of the partner ecosystem and program management
» Bring data driven methodology and quantitative analytical expertise
» A bachelors degree and prior work-related practice or equivalent
» High attention to detail with a keen focus on the partner practice
