Overview:
Night Shift, US Telecommunication Account
Provide excellent customer service by addressing general inquiries related to billing, account/service maintenance, and other products/services including upselling, through voice or chat.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old and above
Must be amenable to do sales
High school/senior high school graduate - With at least 6 months BPO experience (ops tenure)
College graduate/completed at least 2 years in college (no back subject)
Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
Skills Required:
Excellent written communication
Must have keen attention to details
Must have good conversational skills
Must have good negotiation skills
Must have good problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously
Ability to probe effectively
Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information
