Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring all team members are actively working towards established sales targets
Develop effective sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing department to ensure lead generation and conversion into sales
Monitor team performance, providing feedback, and coaching to ensure the team's sales goals are met and exceeded
Facilitate regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
Set individual sales targets and motivate team members to achieve these goals through effective leadership and management practices
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by ensuring the team provides top-notch client service and support
Prepare detailed reports on sales metrics, forecasting, and team performance for upper management
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team
Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback
Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
Measure team performance with key metrics such as call abandonment, calls waiting, sales, quality, CSAT, attendance, etc.
Ensure adherence to policies for attendance٫ established procedures etc.
Keep management well-informed about issues and problems
Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports
Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Achieve growth and hit personal sales targets
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Communicate with clients via phone/email/chat
Attend all requested meetings with team, manager, etc.

Proven experience in sales management or team leadership, particularly within a dynamic sales environment.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyze sales data to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve excellence and foster professional growth.
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in developing strategic sales plans that encompass company goals and market trends.
Advanced problem-solving skills, with a capacity to navigate complex sales challenges and adjust strategies in response to market dynamics and team needs.
Training and development skills to enhance team capabilities and performance.
A background in marketing or a related field can be advantageous in aligning sales and marketing strategies.
