Responsibilities:
Partner with workplace consultants across the Asia-Pacific region to execute client workplace survey projects including survey programming, data collection, analysis, and report generation
Support interpretation of other types of quantitative and qualitative data and provide written summaries/reports of data analysis
Assist in the preparation of pitches and thought leadership reports, contributing charts, tables, research, or other information
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience with primary consumer or employee research
Familiarity with a variety of research methods such as survey research, conjoint analysis, focus groups, and in-depth interviews
Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proficient with survey software (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.)
Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Python, R, SPSS, PowerBI, and Tableau a plus
Strong written and oral communication
Team-oriented mindset. Great at working within team environments and getting stuff done together.
Interest in working with cross-cultural teams and clients
Ability to draw insights from data and communicate them in a compelling way to non-technical audiences
Excellent project management; a problem-solver with a results orientation
