The Supervisor needs to be an experienced Capacity Planner on tp of below:
The Workforce Management Supervisor will lead and manage the Risk Workforce Management and the Business Intelligence teams. S/he will ensure the optimum performance and engagement of the team and provide coaching and mentoring, as necessary
S/he will execute strategies to ensure BI-WFM Team consistently exceed agreed service level as well as deliver customer expectations
S/he will work closely with REPH and US Leaders in driving, supporting and maintaining the staffing models aligned with the business strategy in maximizing the use of resources to achieve organizational goals
S/he will lead the BI-WFM Team in collaborating with relevant key stakeholders in developing capacity plans and executing right sizing initiatives for all existing teams and teams transitioning / ramping up in REPH and the US
S/he will leverage emerging technologies (e.g. PowerBI, Avaya, NICE, Chrono, Verint) to deliver advanced business intelligence and workforce management initiatives in driving resource effectiveness and data management
S/he will lead the BI-WFM Team in partnering with leaders across the Risk Customer and Consumer Operations organization and work closely with Operations Leaders to drive projects and initiatives aimed to increase operational efficiencies and improve customer experience through development of broader workforce management and data management capabilities while reducing or maintaining costs.
