We are looking for a Workforce Insights Analyst to join our Workforce Insights team. In this role, you will manage the creation and distribution of reports and dashboards for different business groups globally. You will also be expected to conduct analysis and provide insights on the data provided.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and maintain monthly reports and dashboards on HR trends for senior management
Interpret and respond to queries from HR colleagues and business stakeholders on various HR data needs
Seek opportunities to optimize processes and automate existing workflows, including reviewing existing SQL to improve system performance and stability
Liaise with key stakeholders to identify new areas for analysis and changes to processes that improve accuracy and consistency of HR data
Work with HR Technology teams to understand data issues and develop plans to remedy and test solutions
Essential Characteristics
Relevant experience/technical expertise in one or more of the following reporting platforms
SAP Business Objects
SQL
PeopleSoft Queries
Power BI
Alteryx
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including an ability to present complex information in a clear and succinct manner
Able to deal with people of different cultures, seniority, and personalities in a professional manner, even when under pressure
High attention to detail/accuracy, but with ability to see bigger picture
Strong analytical abilities required
Key Skill Requirements
Highly numerate with experience in sourcing, manipulating and analysing data to drive insight
Ability to create concise reports for a senior audience, based on complex data
Advanced user of MS Excel, and competent in MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
Competent in PowerBI Dashboard development with experience using PowerBI dataflows and developing dataset modelling.
