Requirements & Qualifications:
Graduate- Any discipline
At least 6-8 years overall experience for Asst. manager
Preferably 4-5 Yrs plus experience in Telecom, preferably in WFM/MIS.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent people management, man management skills.
Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
Excellent process management skills.
Able to think strategically, and work in terms of business opportunities & growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Head, coach and mentor the team of MIS/WFM.
Responsible for driving and tracking process parameter's critical to quality and process.
Responsible for Capacity planning, Scheduling, forecasting, RTA and MIS reporting.
Adopting best practices to manage client expectations.
Using available data to support Delivery and Functions drive business excellence and strategic initiatives at overall as well as process level through ground level Data Analytics
Working with Technology team to ensure complete support to
Process Owners in controlling leakage and supporting technology loophole closure
Help create Online tools and Automation to support process reporting and management
Ensure all Consulting assignments are done with time frame with required quality of inputs.
