We are looking for a strategic Reporting and Analytics Specialist to join the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The Team
The Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team has been reimagined and developed over the last 3 years as an outstanding function. As a team, we are aligned to our global Nasdaq strategy where we are tasked to deliver decisions through a lens of analytics and business priorities. In order to keep this high level of strategic and analytical focus, we are responsible for ensuring our programs across Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), Employee/Candidate Experience, TA Analytics and Governance are always delivering measurable results.
Role and responsibilities
Craft a workforce management process, practice and methodology to ensure that critical business needs are met and/or exceeded
Develop and implement hiring forecast processes, design capacity plans with multiple levels of granularity and consider multiple factors impacting resource availability/efficiency
Develop, implement and publish yearly headcount planning cycle and quarterly hiring forecast delivered within the committed timelines
Facilitate change and address critical issues with regional teams from changes to hiring targets
Use data to collaborate with HR team to drive standardized design
Develop in depth Excel and other reporting tools, leverage analytics to ensure data-driven decisions are being made
Regularly meet with regional TA managers, Finance and People Team to present hiring updates, point out month-over-month changes and articulate root cause and predictions
Prepare partner packets for workforce planning (location strategy, experience & talent mix of organization)
Provide a central view to the spectrum of Talent Acquisition data across all platforms and tools
Own and lead various initiatives for developing and automating processes and reports within the Talent Acquisition function
Support and assist with TA projects and initiatives when needed
We expect you to have
A Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role understanding sophisticated data/analytics models and crafting dashboards via data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, SharePoint, Tableau)
Experience in using Talent Acquisition tools and technology such as CRM, ATS for reports generation and analysis.
Analytical and problem solving skills with experience interpreting forecasts
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior management
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment following a global service delivery model and amenable to work during mid shift hours (anywhere betwee 3pm-2am)
It would be phenomenal to have
Certifications in operations, quality, process management (e.g. COPC, Lean Six Sigma, LOMA)
Experience with workforce planning and/or management including headcount planning and allocation management
Experience with finance and recruiting processes
Experience in Business Analysis or Project Coordination
Fun playing in teams and showing integrity
