SUMMARY OF ROLE
As the Workforce Analyst, you will be responsible for the hands-on planning and analysis of all workforce/scheduling activities and forecast resource planning needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages Workforce Management platform or system
Capacity planning and forecasting
Develops and maintains scheduling processes
Monitoring performance against plans and adjusting
Monitoring of transaction volumes and service performance
Monitors and manages service levels and productivity goals
Real time queue management
Escalation workforce management issues
Report generation and analysis
Timely and effective communication of service or personal related issues to management/customers
Effective communication of new processes/procedure changes with Team members
Requirements
University degree (or equivalent)
At least 2-3 years experience within BPO/Call Center industry
At least 2-3 years experience in Workforce Management
Experience in using a workforce management system
Advanced level of knowledge/expertise in Excel (especially calculation and analysis related skills and knows other data analysis tools).
Knowledge of other with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, etc.).
Analytical / data-driven work ethic
Flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines
Excellent organization skills
Ability to apply creative solutions to resolve challenges
Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
