Manage HR related contracts of the employees
Audit related informations of the employees
Coordinate to Japanese employees of the company
Answer inquiries of employees
Improve HR process and procedures of the account
Requirements
Requirements:
Filipino proficient in Japanese language and with Good English communication skills
N1-N2 passer/level (non-passer)
Bachelor's Degree holder in any course or completed at least 2 years in College
Preferably with HR/CSR experience or other related experiences
Open for Fresh Graduates
Amenable to work in Pasay
