What you'll be needing to have as a WFH Voice and Chat Support:
• Completed at least Senior High School or 2 years of college
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong familiarity with the internet and MS Office applications
• High school graduates with 6 months of customer service experience are welcome to apply, too!
Technology and work environment requirements for the job:
• Have the right connection - you will need a home internet connection that is >15Mbps (you may do a quick check through SpeedTest.net)
• Internet - with or without a subscription but willing to get one, your internet will be paid for
• Computer - we'll supply and deliver at your doorstep
• Must be able to hard-wire (via ethernet cord) directly into your home modem
• Must have a quiet workspace that is within a reasonable proximity of your router so that you can plug in while working.
What your typical day will consist of:
• Consult with customers on products and services to provide the best solutions for their needs
• Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
• Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back
