As the Client Solution Specialist and High Ticket Sales Closer, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and effectively communicating the value and benefits of our leadership coaching programs. You will also have a team of appointment setters who will be booking appointments with warm leads on your behalf. Your primary focus will be on appointment setting and closing high-ticket sales.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Identify and target corporate leaders and decision-makers through various channels, including online research, referrals, and social media platforms.
Develop a deep understanding of our coaching programs, their benefits, and how they can address the specific needs of corporate leaders.
Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage potential clients and secure appointments for consultations or sales meetings.
Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential clients, actively listening to their needs and providing tailored information about our coaching services.
Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to assess their goals, challenges, and aspirations, and present suitable coaching solutions.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our leadership coaching programs, highlighting the positive impact they can have on individual and organizational success.
Close high ticket sales by leveraging your outstanding sales skills, negotiation abilities, and a consultative selling approach.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to continuously refine your sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
Other Administrative Tasks as Assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Excellent English communication skills with a neutral American accent is a MUST!
Proven track record of success in appointment setting and high ticket sales, ideally in the leadership coaching or professional services industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with corporate leaders.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities, with a consultative selling approach that focuses on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and achieving outstanding outcomes.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Has own PC/Laptop
Good and reliable internet connection with backup
