We are a currently seeking an EXPERIENCED Outbound Sales Agents for our Mortgage Lending account. Work from home (Night Shift - US Accounts).

An excellent opportunity awaits as an Outbound Sales Representative, a crucial role aimed at engaging potential clients, coordinating appointments for our Sales team in the US, and ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads. Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from our leads database.
Schedule appointments and efficiently manage the calendars of our US-based sales closers.
Accurately record all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring thorough documentation.
Collaborate with sales closers to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Aim to surpass daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls and appointments.
Be prepared to undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
Perform document indexing and filing for borrower income documentation during the home loan pre-approval process.
Ensure proper organization and placement of documents in designated folders and origination systems.
Handle customer service tasks for clients in the process of approval, including returning calls and following up on needed items.
Provide updates to clients and third parties involved in transactions.
This is a long-term position that combines sales, administrative, and customer service tasks, ideal for individuals keen on contributing to various stages of the client journey.
 
Job Requirements:
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in sales or telemarketing.
Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement with prospects.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle a high volume of calls.
Self-motivated with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
Detail-oriented, especially in maintaining accurate CRM records
