Shift Schedule:
11:00 AM - 08: 00 PM EST ( 11:00 PM - 08: 00 AM Philippine Time ) * with 1 hour unpaid lunch Tuesday- Saturday
Responsibilities and Duties:
Setting appointments for a home improvement company
Qualifications:
Previous phone experience is a PLUS!
No experience necessary, we will train.
Must be honest and humble
Highly trainable
Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent are a MUST!
Excellent phone etiquette with a professional demeanour
Conversational, persuasive and results-oriented
Has own PC/Laptop
Good and reliable internet connection with backup
