Job Description:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will deliver support to the customers and clients of the world's biggest and best brands. You will also be responsible for;
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Outbound sales experience is a plus.
• Resolving customer inquiries/requests
• Developing and maintaining accurate files
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
• Utilize various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Provide cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Basic Qualifications:
• Completed at least 2nd-yr in college or 72 units equivalent with at least 1-year BPO experience.
• Good English communication skills
• Working knowledge of computers
• Excellent customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in shifting schedule
• Cebu on-site is preferred and WFH is an option nationwide
REQUIREMENTS FOR WORK FROM HOME SET-UP
Must have HD monitor
Must have at least 8GB RAM
Noise Cancelling Headset
Stable internet connection with at least 20Mbps (must provide screenshot of speed test)
