Job Description:
The Managed Account Product Operations Team is responsible for the following:
Serving as primary contact point between Product Owners, Portfolio Managers and Internal business partners
Capturing strategy-specific materials from Internal & 3rd Party Portfolio Managers to assist with platform-wide marketing efforts.
Liaising with internal operations partners to facilitate mailing and/or updating various websites containing investment strategy information.
Coordination of product offering status change updates and communication across all relevant lines of business within AWM.
Ensure adherence to all service level commitments, controls and escalation policies
Required Skills

Ability to work in deadline oriented environment and prioritize tasks appropriately

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technological environment (e.g., introduction of a new product or work environment capabilities) and to utilize the tools which are available.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of the various investment products offered in AWM a plus
Ability to demonstrate advanced organization skills
The ability to work in high pressure situations
The ability to apply product/industry and operational knowledge to solve problems and meet client needs
The ability to make strategic decision/recommendation in a forever changing environment
Strong aptitude to identify and minimize investment/business risk
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent JPMorgan work experience
3-5 years of financial industry experience a plus
Project Management experience a plus
