Wholesale Supplier Coordinator will assist the Wholesale team validate and reconcile invoices whilst working with the finance team to process payables transactions and manage accruals & month-end reporting.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for the analysis of traffic flows (volumes) and underlying costs and revenues for the Truphone MVNOs and all international outbound roaming traffic (direct & international sponsored roaming) to measure performance against targets
Take the lead to ensure synchronization of budget and accruals by coordinating the validation of suppliers and third party invoices to ensure compliance against contractually agreed terms and monitoring charged units/traffic
Manage relationship with Truphone Data Clearing and financial clearing house by acting as primary company contact
Liaise with Truphone financial clearing house to validate monthly indicative report validating payable invoices/payment proposals raised by FCH
Supports the Wholesale department activities by raising all Wholesale purchase orders and ensure that the required financial approvals / feedback is received
Report any problems regarding the quality of invoices from each supplier to the relevant Head of
Accurate inputting of invoices onto the NetSuite system
Ensure compliance with all systems, procedures and processes, so that company information and supplier invoices are accurate
Process all payables transactions and completed related documentation
Ensure payables are entered in an accurate and timely manner
Assist in month-end closing, including accruals
Financial reporting: standard and bespoke reporting for Truphone key stakeholders
Skills and Experience Required:
Strong admin experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Proficient in NetSuite
Strong analytical and data management capabilities
Highly organised, forthright, driven, energetic and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Fast learner on all fronts - work processes, relevant business applications etc
Good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, initiative, good judgement, adaptability to changing work environment, team work, stress tolerance and resilience
