Job Description:
The Client Communications Analyst contributes to the client communications team by supporting operational and administrative efforts related to audience targeting, business requests and inquiries, as well as controls-related initiatives. The CA impacts communications by fulfilling contact list requests from the Communications Managers, ensuring stakeholder awareness through daily digest publications and being the single point of contact for communications research requests. Strong analytical thinking, an ability to copy-edit or independently author communications and an understanding of prioritization are key to success in this role.
Primary Responsibilities
Gaining a general knowledge of Wholesale Payments & J.P. Morgan as well as regional distinctions in language and regulations
Owns the daily awareness notices to key stakeholders
Manages the shared team mailbox to research and respond to inquiries as well as redirect when necessary based on a thorough understanding of our team's scope
Produces client audience lists based on requirements through Excel data operations
Peer reviews client communications to support clear and succinct written and verbal communications
Ensures quality and timeliness of special project results
Logging and tracking work as required by team procedures
Escalating issues and risks in a timely manner to prevent negative impacts to the client experience
Proactively looks for ways to improve processes and procedures that enable nimble response for clients; drives efficient use of resources within JPMC firm-wide and CCB-level controls and standards
Qualifications
1 - 3 years of experience in the financial services market as well as expertise in marketing services, operations and/or campaign/project management and/or communication management.
Strong Excel skills and data understanding
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced, collaborative environment; meet deadlines and prioritize accordingly
Ability to manage to tight deadlines with a mindset for flexibility
Energetic with a style that promotes best in class client experience and a culture of collaboration and teamwork, along with the ability to work independently to drive business results
A critical thinker with the ability to understand, dissect and analyze information and provide sustainable solutions; is capable of challenging the norm and making recommendations
Ability to generate support from a wide-range of stakeholders and create a strong network of relationships at all levels of the organization
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
College degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred
