The WFM Reporting Analyst will provide support to the APAC COE WFM team by providing data and its subsequent analysis. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong analytical skills, excellent time-management, priority setting, and organizational habits, and the ability to clearly communicate and present information to interpret operational results and drive better decision-making.
This will be a role within the COE WFM team, will work closely with the Schedulers and Real-Time Analysts, and will be responsible for extracting the data and providing analysis and insights that the team members can use.
About the Team
The APAC COE WFM team is responsible for planning the capacity and schedules of the COE sites. It is also responsible for making sure that the operations teams have enough capacity and that the plan is realized through Real-Time Management strategies.
What you will Do
Provide Daily, Weekly, or Monthly reports on Volume, Productivity, and Capacity that can be segregated into LOB, queue, or agent level metrics.
Provide analysis of data that will assist in decision-making for the workforce and operations teams.
Ensure that queries are always up-to-date and up to global standards. Coordinate with other members of the Community Operations team to measure the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes Build, and maintain detailed models/dashboards for city-level, regional, and global reporting Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in new markets and products Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep support teams as efficient as possible
Basic Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, and Google suite
Ability to develop automation and knows how to integrate with different platforms/systems (i.e., APIs through Python, Javascript, R and etc.)
Ability to create and maintain dashboards with insightful visualization.
Ability to provide the statistical analysis (forecasting analysis is a plus)
Create impactful presentations to share insights and drive recommendations
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work within timelines
Flexible to stretch beyond the regular shift hours and must be highly motivated to continuously learn, upskill and help team members
Preferred Experience and Skills:
1-2 years of work experience in reporting data using SQL and performing analysis using
Work experience preferred in handling data and performing analysis using SQL and Excel / Google Sheets
WFM knowledge and understanding.
