Job Qualifications:
• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the end-to-end Accounting process.
•Experience in handling and managing offshore clients' accounts (US, UK, AU) and building strong connections and collaborative relationships.
•Preferably with experience in the Accounting Outsourcing or Consulting Industry (Local and International).
• Must be knowledgeable with Tax rules and regulations or Taxation.
• Experience in handling US Payroll is an advantage.
• With substantial experience in handling offshore Accounting & Finance transactions is an advantage.
• Solid experience in Accounting Software of at least 2 years preferably Xero System, and Quickbooks Certified.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and must be keen on details.
• Confident, hardworking, dependable, and a good team player with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
• Permanent Work from Home (With Personal Laptop/Desktop at least Core i5, 8GB and stable internet connections of at least 10 Mbps)
(Candidate must be ready for Internet Speed Testing)
• Amenable to work on a flexible shift or night shift.
Note: Candidates with QB and Xero system experience and who have experience in handling offshore clients will be highly prioritized.

Salary: Php 30,000.00 - Php 45,000.00 per month
