Execute comprehensive test cases for editorial and technical projects across multiple websites.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective testing strategies.
Estimate QA efforts and contribute to project prioritization and test activities.
Ensure compliance with Market/Brand requirements through rigorous testing processes.
Report on project progress and provide hands-on testing support during QA phases and production validation.
Identify opportunities for automation to enhance testing efficiency.
Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
Maintain visibility and traceability of the testing process to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Contribute to the creation of a traceability matrix for assigned categories.
What will make you successful...
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Analysis preferred).
Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a QA Manager or in a similar role.
Proficient in testing methodologies, including STLC and SDLC.
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Drupal 7 and 8.
Familiarity with Adobe Commerce or Magento Commerce is highly desirable.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on team collaboration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
