JOB TITLE: Website Developer/ICT Support Specialist (supervisory level)
Essential Job Functions:
Web design
Web site maintenance
Website updating
Web site construction
Oversee functionality of the website (evaluate, manage and improve website performance)
Perform functions as ICT Support, particularly, on network/systems management, applications support and database administration
Duties and Responsibilities as Website Developer
Website application, designing, building, and maintaining Company websites
Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade all the Company's websites.
Create appropriate website content aligned to the Company's brand strategy and Company's standards.
Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues. Look for and make recommendations to improve applications and processes.
Identify and respond to all website security breaches. Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.
Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
Identify problems which maybe uncovered through customer feedback and online experience; confer with Marketing and Graphics team to resolve conflicts and correct problems.
Improve the User Experience of the websites regularly. Perform regular website updates. Update HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly.
Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.
Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery
Keep up-to-date with industry best practice and monitor competitor websites.
Duties and Responsibilities as ICT Support Specialist

2. Maintain daily performance of computer systems
3. Perform installation, configuration and testing of procured hardware and software, including networks, printers and scanners
4.Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot network, software and hardware problems, and resolve or replace defective components, as well as address other potential issues related to information technology or computer-related systems
5. Provide technical support across the company and quick resolutions to basic IT related problems encountered by the users
6. Setting up accounts (email and biometric) for new users and newly hired employees
7. Develops and implements data solutions for multiple applications to ensure its scalability and availability
8. Implements data migration and transformation activities and processes to ensure the accuracy and security of data solutions
11. Conduct training on IT related software or programs
12.Oversee and assist data uploading and back-up files to main server; validates if files are backed-up in the server and completely up to date
13. Conduct periodic maintenance, quality check and inspection of all IT related equipment and immediately report identified concerns
14. Undertakes related and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
A degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or a related qualification.
Relevant experience in professional web development as Website Developer or Website Manager
Experience supporting high-traffic e-commerce programs
Proficient in the use of Macromedia suite, Adobe suite, Content Management Systems and W3C Web standards.
Competent in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, Content Management systems (CMS), JQuery, and mySQL and JavaScript, firewalls and cross browser compatibility
Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other-image editing software
Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
At least 1 year related working experience in infrastructure/applications monitoring and support, network and systems management, security and database management, and technical support
Well versed in daily maintenance of network operating system software and network components
Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
Working technical knowledge or network, hardware protocols and internet standards
Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
