Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance Specialist for Online Platforms (Website and Apps) to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in conducting comprehensive online research and ensuring the quality of our websites and applications.
Main Objectives and Duties:
• Evaluate and analyze websites and applications for quality assurance.
• Perform testing and ensure all digital products meet established standards.
• Assist in the evaluation of website and applications for functionality and user experience.
• Complete Documentation
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain a timely and precise records
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
• Adhere to assigned weekly work schedules and provide timely feedback on emerging data patterns.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or vocational degree in a field related to information technology, marketing, social sciences, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer navigation and MS Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build effective relationships.
