As a webmaster you are responsible in managing ecommerce and website configuration including training and client support for any content updates and promotion setups. Managing and migrating content between platforms (texts, banners, pages, blocks, products, prices, description, images, categories) Managing the translating mechanism for given content Managing the configuration and promotions of market specific localizations (coupon, sales rule) Testing end-to-end (beyond the Store with Logistics and Payment) Training support (e.g. teaching users how to manage content and simple promotions, designing training guides) Configuring the Store to accommodate the various countries specificities (languages, currency, tax, shipping conditions, etc.) Managing site setting (currency, languages, etc.), tax calculation set-up, shipping fees, registration module, etc. Exporting data (no. of consumers, sales, etc.) Fixing any 404/403/500 errors Maintaining the site, ensuring it's fully functional and fixing any content related issues that might arise Work Experience Requirements: 3 - 5 years' experience as a webmaster or related CMS webmaster (eg: Prestashop, OpenCart, Joomla, VirtueMart, Drupal, WordPress) 1 year Magento 2 experience as webmaster or web admin is a must. Good knowledge of HTML and CSS is required Experience with Platform admin Experience collaborating with technical team members
