The Role
Use proprietary system for web updates requiring html, css and javascript proficiency- client to train on system (similar to WordPress, etc.)
Build landing pages using templates - copy and creative provided by others
Publish content on the website - client to provide content/creative
QA websites, splash pages, new features prior to launch
Systemize repeatable tasks and document workflows in the form of playbook, SOP, etc.
Manage inbound support requests, handle tickets involving HTML/CSS and platform troubleshooting.
Ad hoc digital marketing tasks as requested - client to provide training and/or prescriptive direction as/if needed

The Requirements
MUST-HAVE:
2+ years of general web dev and digital marketing experience
Advanced understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
Experience with G Suite is a must-have
NICE-TO-HAVE:
Familiarity with an email marketing platform and ability to create new templates and build sequences/workflows (Mailchimp or similar)
Basic experience with Asana or similar project mgt. platform
Experience working w/ an event, ticketing or tour organization
Passion for music and live events
GROW-INTO:
Build and co-create a "manual" (i.e. Google Sheets or similar) content calendar for advance social media planning and execution
Offer basic insights to improve efficiency or effectiveness of most common troubleshoots based on customer support learnings
Record Loom videos that can be shared with colleagues that allow teams to resolve common issues prior to escalation
